Get into position, Medica I and wait for jumps. Depending on a deployment Critlo or not, Assize + Medica II cleric off, regen MT, prep to move. I'll link our best run in a farm group yesterday. It also helps to split tank healing during add phase. If you suddenly have someone on MT because you're saving group or raising, that needs to be said. Make sure your healers are communicating when Eye For An Eye and Virus are being used (for tank buster). After the split/stack you can go inside Sephirot and do a quick Cure III there as the tank is pulling him into position and everyone is following.

There are several places you can utilize Cure III if your group stacks fast enough. If not, the healers need to be the first to position to recast Medica II or Medica I. Save Assize for the stacking section to make sure you've got your healers topped off (when your group is split in two). It should be used about two to three times before add phase, used in the beginning of add phase and used at the end for when he falls off. Medica II should really just be up at all times.

Call it out with enough time for the Scholar to throw up a succor (and also have time for the succor to actually take effect and not just look like it's there, so more than just a GCD of time)ģrd phase is frankly hell on healers, they just have to know that 90% of the time they're really not going to have enough free time to fully cast out heals, so there's a lot of relying on swiftcasting and instant casts like Tetra, Bene, Lustrate and Indom as well as Eos fairy heals (Cause Eos doesn't have to do mechanics, she can sit around and cast whatever the hell she wants) The big guys you should absolutely be calling out, with a bit of wiggle room for your healers. In our group we don't bother calling out the small add deaths just because they're not much to worry about, if someone's ever below 2k HP to be killed by them then we were in a bad spot to begin with. Second phase is completely dependant on DPS speed, so if you're a dps (or a tank) it can be very helpful to call out when the adds are close to dying just to prep your healers for some AoE hits. I have the first phase more or less memorized by this point, including when Sephi does a single target hit vs when he's about to do raidwide's and how many of each he does etc. Knowing this fight inside and out is pretty critical for healing it.
